The cycle of harmony
The Venus cycle, as it weaves in and out with the precision of a metronome, is perhaps intended to bring us internal harmony—allowing us to be at peace with our choices.
The imagery of the VENUS cycle is a five petaled flower like the rose and a pentacle or pentagram. Venus has a predictable rhythm, her eight year cycle during which she spends four months in each of the following five signs: Aries, Gemini, Leo, Scorpio and Capricorn. And the orbit and rotation of Venus are synchronized in such a manner that Venus always presents the same face to us when Earth and Venus are at their closest proximity during an inferior conjunction.
